With supporting modifications, the Screamer Turbo is capable of delivering up to 625 horsepower and is compatible with any "box" tuner. The turbine/exhaust outlet maintains the same dimensions as the stock turbo, allowing for seamless integration with existing systems. For trucks equipped with a turbo mount exhaust brake on the stock turbo, it can be easily transferred to the new Screamer Turbo. However, if an exhaust brake is being purchased alongside the Screamer Turbo, compatibility should be selected based on the truck's model year.
