CONDUCT
The NHRDA strives to provide guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Participants and Fans are expected, at all times, to conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner. It is the sole and absolute judgment of NHRDA and/or track personnel of any individual who:
- • verbally or physically threatens another participant or other person,
- • uses vulgar or derogatory language,
- • engages in unsportsmanlike conduct or conduct detrimental to diesel motorsports,
- • creates a condition or circumstance that is unsafe, unfair, or out of order shall have violated the rules and regulations of the NHRDA,
may be disqualified from the event or banned from the facility. (Other rules and restrictions may apply according to individual track policies)
RAINOUT POLICY
-NO REFUNDS-
If an NHRDA sanctioned event is cancelled due to weather or other extenuating circumstances the event will be held the following day. The NHRDA and track facility will make every effort to complete the event. If the following day cannot be honored by the NHRDA due to extenuating circumstances your ticket will be good for 1 year at face value at any NHRDA event. Note: Once competitors have entered into elimination rounds rain policy does not apply. If event is a 2 day event and one day has been completed, rain policy does not apply.
SPECTATOR
-No Refunds will be issued
If event is cancelled and cannot be held the following day your purchased ticket(s) may be redeemed for up to one year after date of purchase at any NHRDA sanctioned event. Ticket holder(s) must retain event issued wristband(s) for use toward entry up to one year and must pay any price difference due to price increases, fees, etc. (rules and restrictions may apply). Note: Once competitors have entered into elimination rounds rain policy does not apply. If event is a 2 day event and one day has been completed, rain policy does not apply.
If you purchased a pre-paid ticket online your ticket must be scanned and you must have an event issued wristband. Ticket holder(s) must retain event wristband(s) for use toward entry up to one year and must pay any price difference due to price increases, fees, etc. (rules and restrictions may apply).
COMPETITOR
Drag Race - No refunds will be issued.
In the case a race is cancelled before any qualifying runs are made the NHRDA will attempt to have the race rescheduled. If the track is unable or unwilling to give the NHRDA a reschedule date, 10 points will be awarded to all racers that have purchased and turned in their tech card. If event cannot be completed the following day inclement weather rule applies. See Drag Race Points Rules.
Your general admission event issued wristband is good for use toward entry up to one year at any NHRDA sanctioned event. You must pay any price difference due to price increases, fees, etc. and you must have your event issued wristband for use toward entry. The NHRDA is not responsible for track refund/rain check policies.
GENERAL
NHRDA exclusively and in perpetuity own any and all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means, process, medium or device (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, film productions, audiotape productions, transmissions over the internet, public and private online services authorized by NHRDA, sales and other commercial projects and the like) whether or not currently in existence, all images, sounds and data arising from or during any event, and that NHRDA is and shall be the sole owner of any and all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, patents, copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other proprietary rights) worldwide in and to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise created from the images, sounds and data arising from, during or in connection with any event. In addition to the extent not already owned by NHRDA, each person hereby assign to exclusively and in perpetuity any and all rights set forth above.
NHRDA and its entire sponsors, employee’s and any person authorized by the NHRDA may use accomplishments, photographs, video, television and any other images and statements in any manner and without time limitation for the purpose of promoting NHRDA, Diesel TV and its sponsors.
PIT & AUXILIARY VEHICLES
Operators of any vehicle must have a valid state driver’s license. IMPORTANT: Absolutely no one under 16 years of age may operate any vehicle or anything with wheels. This includes but is not limited to: golf carts, quads, 3-wheelers, motorcycles, mopeds, bikes, rollerblades, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, and/or tricycles. Violations of this rule may result in disqualification of the competitor or anyone associated with the violator, and/or suspension. Operating any vehicle while intoxicated is also grounds for disqualification of the competitor or anyone associated with the violator, and/or suspension.
