EVENT POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms and conditions carefully before participating in NHRDA events.

Important Notice

By attending or participating in any NHRDA event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification, removal from the event, or facility bans.

Conduct Requirements

NHRDA expects all participants and spectators to maintain professional and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

The following actions may result in immediate disqualification or facility bans:

  • Verbally or physically threatening another participant, spectator, or staff member
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Failure to follow safety regulations
  • Intoxicated operation of any vehicle

Rainout & Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS

NHRDA does not issue refunds for cancelled events. However, we offer the following alternatives:

For Spectators:
  • Wristbands remain valid for one year at any NHRDA event
  • Exchange your wristband at any future NHRDA event for entry
For Competitors:
  • If qualifying has not begun, competitors receive points or rescheduling options
  • Once competitors have entered into elimination rounds, rain policy does not apply
  • Entry fees are not refunded, but may be applied to future events

Media Rights

NHRDA claims exclusive ownership of all broadcast and recording rights from events.

By attending NHRDA events, you grant permission for:

  • Photography, video, and television recording of your participation
  • Use of your image for promotional purposes without time limitation
  • Broadcasting and publication of event footage in any media format

Vehicle Operation

Age Restrictions

No one under 16 years of age may operate any vehicle or anything with wheels, including but not limited to:

  • Golf carts
  • Motorcycles
  • Scooters
  • Bicycles in restricted areas
  • Any motorized equipment

Intoxicated operation of any vehicle results in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.

Safety & Liability

All participants compete at their own risk. NHRDA and event facilities are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Vehicle damage during competition or transport
  • Lost or stolen personal property

Participants must carry adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles and equipment.

Racing Rules

All competitors must comply with current NHRDA racing rules and class specifications.

  • Download the latest NHRDA Rulebook
  • Rules are subject to change without notice
  • Technical inspections are mandatory for all competition vehicles
  • Protests must be filed according to procedures outlined in the rulebook
